Contact UsEleven years in the NFL. Eight as team captain. The one players and coaches turned to when it mattered most. He's the steady voice in the huddle, the standard-setter in the locker room, the leader who held the team together through every win, loss, and everything in between. Since retiring in 2017, that same leadership has found a new mission: helping current and former athletes navigate the toughest transition in sports, life after the game.

From opening an infant school in his mother's hometown in Jamaica and authoring a children's book, to building Gratitude Property Holdings, Circle House Coffee and now launching Laundry55, Stephen has built a diverse portfolio of ventures rooted in purpose and impact. His experiences offer a practical blueprint for mindset, discipline, commitment, and the realities of building something meaningful long after the game ends.
Available for keynotes, locker room talks, and workshops for youth groups, corporate teams, sporting organizations, and beyond.
Stephen Tulloch was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the 4th round of the 2006 NFL Draft following a standout career at North Carolina State University. Over an 11-year NFL career, he played for the Titans, Detroit Lions, and Philadelphia Eagles before retiring in 2017. He is also a four-time Walter Payton Man of the Year Community Service Team Award recipient.
Born and raised in Miami to a family of deep Jamaican roots, Stephen grew up with a simple set of values: work hard, stay grounded, and never forget where you came from. Those values are baked into everything he does, from the name Gratitude Properties Holdings to the way he approaches every deal and every relationship. Family comes first, his own, and the families and communities his work touches along the way.
Off the field, Stephen founded the Stephen Tulloch Foundation to support underprivileged children and families affected by cancer, including building the Mercedes B. Tulloch Infant School in his mother's hometown of Westmoreland, Jamaica.
Gratitude Properties Holdings is open to investment partnerships and acquisition discussions across our commercial, residential, and multi-family assets.
